KILLEEN – The Killeen Economic Development Corp. is selling 20 acres in the Killeen Business Park to Z Modular, a division of Zekelmen Industries.
The company, which currently occupies a 230,000-sf building in the park, will use the land to expand its operation.
The expansion will create about 75 jobs in the first phase and 32 in the second. Z Modular currently employs around 200.
