FORT WORTH – Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group is developing three industrial projects.
One asset will be a 213,000-sf warehouse on FM 156 near Chaplin Dr.
The other two, totaling 486,000 sf, will be at Golden Triangle Blvd. and Harmon Rd.
All three will deliver by summer 2022.
