SAN ANTONIO – Locally based LYND has purchased two apartment communities in the Houston area.
The properties are the 372-unit Paramount at Kingwood at 200 Kellington Dr. N. in Humble and 312-unit Villas of Valley Ranch at 21899 Valley Ranch Crossing Dr. in Porter.
The two apartment communities were purchased for $84 million, roughly $123,000 per unit.
LYND assumed management of the properties in September 2020.
The seller was Sy Li, a private investor.
