Investor acquires two DFW business parks totaling 142K sf

​​DALLAS – CI Growth 211 LLC has purchased two business parks.

The deal includes​ the:

• 68,043-sf, four-building Shady Trail Business Center at 11048-11056 Shady Trl. in Dallas; and

• 73,600-sf, five-building Parkway Business Center on 4.88 acres at 2125-2133 S. Great Southwest Pkwy. in Grand Prairie.
