BRYAN – Dominium has purchased Forest Park Apartments, a 140-unit community at 1828 Sandy Point Rd.
Now called Sandy Creek Apartments, the property was built in 2005 and offers two- and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, business center, basketball court, lounge, clubhouse, and fitness center.
Dominium will implement a capital improvement plan next year.
