DALLAS – Crow Holdings is planning a nine-story office building just east of its Old Parkland business campus.
The building will be on Maple Ave. and Reagan St. and replace small restaurants and an apartment complex.
It will be topped with a dome and be up to 240 ft tall. Most of its parking will be underground.
Baldwin Associates land planning and The Beck Group are working on designs.
