DALLAS – S2 Capital has acquired two area multifamily properties totaling 1,350 units.
The projects are the 522-unit Verandas at Timberglen at 4607 Timberglen Rd. in Dallas and the 836-unit 8500 Harwood at 8500 N. Harwood Rd. in North Richland Hills.
The investor will spend $20 million on upgrades.
The Verandas at Timberglen property will be renamed the Vincent.
The purchase was negotiated by Institutional Property Advisors and NorthMarq.
