WALLER – Houston-based Long Lake Ltd. and its development arm, Woodmere Development Co., has opened two model homes and a sales office at Beacon Hill, Waller County’s first master-planned community.
Prices will range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$400,000s. Floor plans will range from 1,400 to 4,000 sf and offer two to six bedrooms.
Four homes will be ready by August 2021.
