FORT WORTH – An entity connected with Huntington Industrial Partners is planning a 122,779-sf warehouse at 5651 Mark IV Pkwy.
Designed by Ware Malcomb, the project, called Mark IV-820 Distribution Center, will break ground by August.
The building will include 25 dock-high loading doors, 31 trailer parks, 124 auto parks, and 32-ft clear heights.
CL Realty is also part of the project. Transwestern is leasing the spec building.
