FULSHEAR – Gainesville-based Alder Mesa Holdings is building a senior-oriented multifamily property at the Cross Creek Ranch master-planned community.
Alders at Cross Creek will be a 172-unit apartment complex for those ages 62 and older.
It will offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans and various amenities, including a game room, private wine lockers, coffee bar, movie theatre, and crafts room.
Preleasing will begin mid-2022. Construction will wrap up by January 2023.
