BUDA – Minneapolis-based United Properties and Los Angeles-based PCCP have broken ground on Buda Midway, an industrial project at the intersection of I-35 and SH 45.
The 35.9-acre first phase will include two rear-load facilities totaling 115,090 sf and one 244,285-sf cross-dock facility.
Completion of Phase I is slated for early 2022.
Phase II will include three buildings totaling 326,000 sf.
Project partners include Aquila Commercial, Kimley-Horn Design and Engineering Consultants, Powers Brown Architecture, RC Page Construction, and Hitchcock Design Group.
