AUSTIN – Partners Group and Presidium are developing River Park, a 109-acre mixed-use project just east of Oracle’s headquarters on E. Riverside Dr.
The 15-acre first phase will include:

Two Class A office buildings totaling 420,000 sf;

A 370-unit mid-rise apartment community that will include units reserved for people making 60 percent of the area median income;

12,000 sf of ground-level retail under the apartment building; and
-
Nearly one acre of open space and parkland.
The project team includes Hines, Gensler, Nudge Design, Huphreys & Partners Architects, Hitchcock Design Group, Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc., and CBRE.
The developers aim to receive city approval and permits by early next year.
