Can't have just one: Frito-Lay expanding in Rosenberg

​​ROSENBERG – Frito-Lay is expanding its Fort Bend manufacturing plant with a $200 mil​lion addition. The plant, the largest snack manufacturing plant in Texas, currently​ produces more than 117 million pounds of snacks annually.
