WEBSTER – Galaxy II, a Class A office in building in the NASA/Clear Lake submarket, has been sold.
The five-story, 106,168-sf building is on 5.87 acres at 455 E. Medical Center Blvd. It is home to tenants including United Fire Group, IBI Group, and APNetwork.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Houston-MDL LLC. The buyer was TRC Capital Partners LLC.
