DALLAS – Fortress Investment Group LLC has signed for 47,850 sf at Weir’s Plaza.
The 12-story office building is being developed by Four Rivers Capital on the former location of Weir’s Furniture store at 3219 Knox St.
The development broke ground in July 2019 and will open in November 2021.
CBRE represented Four Rivers Capital. Colliers International and CBRE co-represented Fortress.
