HOUSTON – Triten Real Estate Partners has sold a full leased Class A industrial portfolio to affiliates of Lexington Realty Trust.
The 44.6-acre portfolio consists of three newly constructed buildings totaling 738,701 sf. It includes:

Bayport North Logistics Center I at 9701 New Decade Dr. in Pasadena;

Bayport North Logistics Center II at 4100 Malone Dr. in Pasadena; and
-
Underwood Port Logistics Center at 4660 Underwood Rd. in Deer Park.
The portfolio was completed in 2019 and has tilt-wall construction, clear heights ranging from 30 to 36 ft, 175 dock-high doors, ten drive-in ramps, ESFR fire protection, LED lighting, 1.2 percent office finish, 262 trailer parking stalls, and 399 car parking spaces.
JLL marketed the portfolio on behalf of the seller.
