SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) has partnered with developers to build two apartment projects just north of Texas A&M University-San Antonio’s South Side campus.
Locally based Streamline Advisory Partners is planning a $61.1 million, 336-unit project called Palo Alto Apartments. It will be on 16 acres on the southeast corner of Palo Alto Rd. and Loop 410. The site is owned by Houston firm L410/H16 LP.
Work will start after final board approval in October. Completion is set for August 2023.
SAHA and Vaquera Ventures are developing a $64.5 million, 300-unit property called Zarzamora Commons at the southwest corner of S. Zarzamora St. and Loop 410. The nine-acre site is owned by Zarzamora Properties LLC.
Work starts next February, with completion by fall 2023.
