DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Fort Capital acquired five Class B industrial properties totaling 618,089 sf.

The properties include:

• 1170 109th St. in Grand Prairie totaling 93,079 sf,

• 1901 Windsor Pl. in Fort Worth totaling 148,354 sf;

• 10920 Indian Trl. in Dallas totaling 144,396 sf;

• 1115 Sturgeon Ct. in Arlington totaling 170,390 sf; and

• 2045 W. Walnut Hill in Irving totaling 61,870 sf.
