DALLAS – Hillwood Urban is building The Field Street Tower, a 38-story, 520,000-sf skyscraper.
Located at the southeast corner of Field St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy., the project would be the tallest built in downtown since the 1980s.
A sky lobby will house the primary reception area along with amenities including a tenant lounge, coffee bar, conference center, 9,000-sf fitness center, and half-acre park.
The ground floor will have an indoor/outdoor restaurant space.
The project will not break ground until an anchor tenant is in place. Hillwood Urban is handling marketing and leasing.
The project was designed by Pickard Chilton. The rooftop park was designed by the Office of James Burnett. BOKA Powell is the architect of record.
