SAN ANTONIO – Housing First Community Coalition is developing Towne Twin Village, a 17-acre community of tiny homes and RVs at 4711 Dietrich Rd.
The San Antonio Housing Trust awarded $829,000 for 20 of 42 homes in the first phase. The first phase will also add a chapel, pavilion, centralized laundry, and 25 RVs.
The organization will receive an additional $264,000 from the trust.
The project will house and support people age 50 and older who are experiencing homelessness.
