Waco Tribune-Herald building welcomes new owners

​​​WACO – Chip and Joanna Gaines, owners of home decor and lifestyle company Magnolia, have purchased the Waco Tribune-Herald building at 900 Franklin Ave.  The 111,769-sf building will become Magnolia’s new corporate headquarters in 2022.  The newspaper will relocate to office space in River Square Center.
