SAN MARCOS – Parallel has broken ground on a 63,000-sf cannabis cultivation, production, distribution, and retail facility.
The facility will be on 12 acres across from the San Marcos U.S. Army Reserve Center at 2850 Leah Ave.
The facility will create hundreds of jobs and be operational by the end of 2021.
