Taylor Morrison, NexMetro acquire 92 acres for residential community

​​​MELISSA – Taylor Morrison and NexMetro Communities bought a 92 acres near US 75 and Melissa Rd.

The property was sold by Astra Development and will be used for a community called Stoneridge.

Taylor Morrison will build and sell 194 single-family homes. NexMetro Communities will build and lease more than 200.

Construction starts this summer.

CBRE brokered the land sale with SRI Properties.
