DALLAS – Cadence McShane Construction Co. is renovating and adding to Sunset High School, a public school built in 1925 in North Oak Cliff.
Additions will include a fine arts and athletics wing, which will house a competition gym and serve as the campus storm shelter.
Renovations involve replacement of windows and skylights, cleaning and resealing exterior masonry, and reworking the entry and admin area.
Corgan is the designer of the project, which is one of the final remaining within the 2015 Bond Program with Dallas Independent School District.
