MESQUITE – Dalfen Industrial plans to construct two distribution buildings totaling one million sf on E. Scyene Rd.
Work will start on the $33 million Mesquite Airport Logistics Center in May.
Completion is set for the first half of 2022.
GSR Andrade Architects designed the project.
