Crunch time: Gym opening at former Michaels store

​SUGAR LAND – New York-based Crunch Fitness is opening a 30,240-sf gym at a former Michaels store at the 410,000-sf First Colony Commons retail center. 

Opening is set for Oct. 1, 2021. ​

Houston-based NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Wulfe & Co. represented the landlord, a Dallas-based entity doing business as TPP 306 First Colony LLC.
