SAN ANTONIO – Cohen-Esrey Development is developing a 300-unit mixed-income apartment complex at 3623 E. Commerce St.
The four-story workforce housing building will feature one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, courtyard, and connection to the Salado Creek Trail.
Construction will begin this year and be complete in 14 months.
Southtown Engineering is the civil engineer.
