AUSTIN – StreetLights Residential has broken ground on a 377-unit apartment complex in the Lakeline neighborhood.
The complex will feature one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, lounge, craft space, fitness center, pet spa, and dining spaces.
SLR Construction LLC is the general contractor.
StreetLights completed the first two phases of the multifamily community—The Michael and The Elizabeth—in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
