CEDAR PARK – Montfort Capital Partners has purchased A3 Storage Centers, a 494-unit facility at 2100 N. Bell Blvd.
Built on 5.6 acres in 1994, the facility spans 48,235 net rentable sf.
Montfort will rebuild the leasing office and add a climate-controlled building.
