AUSTIN – Overall vacancy in the local office market increased in January, according to a report from NAI Partners.
Vacancy increased from 9.4 percent in January 2020 to 13.8 percent last month.
Net absorption decreased from negative 99,000 sf to negative 768,000 sf.
There is 7.8 million sf currently under construction, with 52.6 percent available.
