AUSTIN – River City Capital is developing Urban East, a 518-unit multifamily development at 6400 E. Riverside Dr.
Urban East, which was originally envisioned as a mixed-use development, will reserve 50 percent of units for those making below 80 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include two pools and a bowling alley.
River City will deliver the first 381 units by 2023 and begin on the other 137 in first quarter 2022.
