Dynamic Glass Industrial Park trades in sale-leaseback

HOUSTON –  Dynamic Glass Industrial Park has been sold to Gordon Creekside in a sale-leaseback​ deal. Crescent Real Estate to build $250M mixed-use project

FORT WORTH – Crescent Real Estate is planning a $250 million mixed-use project called Museum Place.  The project on Camp Bowie Blvd. will include a 200-room luxury hotel, 160,000-sf office building, and 175 luxury residential units.
