The properties are:

SunRidge at Cambria, built in 1995 at 1991 Saul Kleinfeld Dr.;

SunRidge at Cielo Vista, built in 1998 at 7949 Sunmount Dr.; and

SunRidge at Desert Springs, built in 2000 at 5901 Bandolero Dr.
SLIB represented the seller in the transaction.
