IRVING – Hickory Pointe LLC is repurposing a handful of office and industrial buildings into new commercial space.
Built in the 1960s and 1970s, the 120,000-sf business park is along SH 114 near the old Texas Stadium site.
The renovations will reorient the buildings from Royalty Row to face the freeway and add parking to the front.
Paul Chapel + Associates LLC is the architect for the project, which will deliver late this year.
