SAN ANTONIO – AEW Capital Management LP has sold Lanark Distribution Center, a two-building industrial property at 610 Lanark Drive, to an affiliate of Albany Road Real Estate Partners.
The larger building spans 147,420 sf, while the smaller building spans 88,044 sf.
The center was 97 percent leased at the time of sale.
Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.
