HOUSTON – Dallas-based Sealy & Co. has acquired a 663,821-sf warehouse and distribution center at McCarty St. and Loop 610.
The 40-acre rail-served property has 200 trailer parking spaces with additional expansion capacity.
CBRE and Sealy & Co. handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer. The seller was First Industrial Real Estate Trust.
