SAN ANTONIO – Big V Acquisitions LLC is buying The Rim, the largest outdoor retail center in Texas, from Hines Global REIT San Antonio Retail I LP.
The $220 million deal includes 1.04 million sf of the property, which encompasses all the outdoor shopping components and some retail strips.
The sale excludes assets owned by anchor tenants such as Target, Bass Pro Shop, and Santikos.
JLL represented the buyer.
