PLANO – Triten Real Estate Partners has purchased Market Square Mall, a 300,000-sf former outlet mall space on 26 acres within an Opportunity Zone.
The new owner will transform the project into a mixed-use development. It will include urban living units, office space, walkable restaurants, and retail space.
The seller, Matthew Loh, was represented by ENGVEST. Shop Companies represented the buyer.
