AUSTIN – Applied Materials Inc. is developing a 729,000-sf warehouse adjacent to its current facility at 9700 US 290.
The building will have 25,000 sf of office space, rooftop HVAC units, and solar panels.
Construction will be complete by Feb. 1, 2022.
