Built on 5.3 acres, the property has one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $1,045 to $1,345 per month.
Amenities include a pool, dog park, and multiple art installations.
Narrow Road will implement a value-add program and rebrand the property as Arroyo Apartments.
