AUSTIN – CKD USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Japanese manufacturer CKD Crop., has purchased a 50,000-sf industrial building.
The new owner will invest about $13 million in revamping the facility at 4401 Supply Court.
CKD will bring 70 new jobs to the area when it begins operations in fall 2021.
NAI Partners represented the buyer, and CBRE represented the seller.
