SAN ANTONIO – Hotel Contessa, a 265-room hotel in the Riverwalk area, has been sold.
The 12-story building at 306 W. Market St. was built in 2005.
It has 10,000 sf of event space, a rooftop pool, restaurant/bar, and full-service spa.
Hodges Ward Elliott represented the seller and arranged financing on behalf of the buyer.
