HELOTES – VersaTerra Development has broken ground on the 22-home Bandera Oaks subdivision on the 12500 block of Bandera Rd. between Loop 1604 and Hausman Rd.
Homes in the new subdivision will range from $300,000 to $400,000. They will be on 50- by 120-ft lots.
Construction will begin by the end of January.
