FRISCO – Mill Creek Residential has broken ground on Modera Frisco Square, a luxury apartment community at 5995 Gordon St.
The wrap-style community will have 360 apartments, including 31 townhomes with private garages. Amenities include a resort-style pool deck and courtyards.
It is within the 147-acre Frisco Square master-planned complex.
Move-ins begin in spring 2022.
