SAN ANTONIO – Houston-based Serac Capital Partners LLC has acquired Fountainhead Park I and II, an office building pair at 4511 Horizon Hill Blvd. and 3846 Medical Dr.
Built on 12 acres, the buildings total 171,205 sf and are 94 percent leased to tenants such as W.W. Grainger Inc. and Hulu.
Transwestern Capital Markets represented the seller.
