PFLUGERVILLE – A partnership between Thompson Realty Capital and Trez Capital has broken ground on The Dalton, a 350-unit apartment community.
The property will sit on 21 acres near the intersection of Greenlawn Blvd. and W. Pflugerville Pkwy.
It will have one- to three-bedroom units and a pool, courtyard, dog park, fitness center, communal kitchen spaces, independent study rooms, and outdoor walking trails.
Construction finishes in 2021.
