DALLAS – Harwood International will break ground this winter on a 27-story high-rise just north of downtown.
The 360,000-sf Harwood 14 office tower will be on Harry Hines Blvd. near the Dallas North Tollway.
It will have a two-story lobby, open air pocket gardens, a 17,000-sf rooftop garden, and 16,000 sf of ground-floor retail space.
Tokyo-based Kengo Kuma & Associates is the architect, working with Corgan and HDF.
Haynes and Boone is leasing 125,000 sf in the tower with plans to move there in late 2023.
