WEBSTER – Arch-Con Corp. has broken ground on a 38,400-sf expansion for Houston Physicians’ Hospital.
The three-story addition will generate 30 full- and part-time hospital jobs.
The first floor will include a kitchen, dining facility, staff break area, sterile processing, and staff meeting room. Floor two adds four operating rooms, and the third floor will be for post-acute recovery and rehabilitation.
Completion is set for September 2021.
The existing 49,000-sf hospital, designed by Heitkamp Swift Architects, is at 333 N. Texas Ave.
