WACO – Mears Development & Construction Inc. and Harris284 Team Inc. are building Residences at Lake Waco, a 90-unit affordable senior housing community.
The property will reserve 79 units for households earning up to 30, 50, and 60 percent of the area’s median income.
Amenities will include a business center, clubhouse, courtyard, fitness center, picnic area, and pool.
Construction started in August 2020 and will finish in January 2022.
Crossroads Housing Development Corp. is the general contractor, and Brownstone Architects & Planners Inc. is the architect.
