PLANO – Forefront Living is building an 18-acre senior-living project on Spring Creek Pkwy.
The Outlook at Windhaven will have 160 apartments, 30 cottage homes, and 64 assisted-living units.
It will have a clubhouse with dining, fitness, entertainment, and other amenities.
Construction starts in late 2022.
Designers include City Centric Planning, The Living Architecture, Bridget Bohacz + Associates, Kimley Horn, and Greystone. Andres Construction Services is providing contracting services.
